Every order ships from Amazon. Prime members get the same delivery speed and service they expect on every Prime order.

Ships from Amazon

All Mister Candle orders are fulfilled directly through Amazon. When you click any product on this site, you check out on Amazon and the order ships from an Amazon fulfillment center. There is no separate Mister Candle warehouse.

This means every order is covered by Amazon's shipping, tracking, and customer-service infrastructure — including the A-to-z Guarantee.

Shop with Prime

Prime members receive free, fast shipping at Amazon Prime's standard speeds — typically 1–2 business days for in-stock items in eligible delivery areas. Same-day and next-day options may be available depending on your address.

Non-Prime customers receive Amazon's standard shipping options at checkout, with free shipping on eligible orders over $35 per Amazon's standard policy.

Delivery Timelines

Estimated delivery dates are shown on the Amazon product page before you check out. Final delivery times depend on your address, Prime membership status, and Amazon's carrier network. Most orders arrive within 1–2 business days for Prime, 3–5 business days for standard.

Tracking Your Order

Tracking is provided automatically through your Amazon account. You will receive shipping confirmation and tracking updates by email and in the Amazon app. Track any order at amazon.com/orders.

International & Excluded Regions

Domestic shipping availability follows Amazon's standard delivery zones, including the 48 contiguous states, Alaska, Hawaii, and most US territories. International availability and shipping costs are determined by Amazon at checkout.

Lost, Damaged, or Late Packages

All shipping issues — late delivery, damaged packaging, lost packages — are handled directly by Amazon Customer Service. The fastest path to resolution is amazon.com/contact-us or the Amazon app, where Amazon can issue replacements, refunds, or claim credits in minutes.

Greco Ventures LLC (the brand owner of Mister Candle) does not ship orders directly and cannot adjust delivery routing once an Amazon order is placed.
