Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using getmistercandle.com (the "Site"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials on Greco Ventures LLC's Site for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. Under this license you may not modify or copy the materials, use them for any commercial purpose or for any public display, attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software, remove any copyright notations, transfer the materials to another person, or use the Site for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

Product Information & Accuracy

We describe our hand-poured candles in good faith based on the materials we use: premium soy and paraffin blend wax, lead-free cotton wicks, and essential oils or fragrance compounds. We strive for accuracy in all product descriptions, burn times, and specifications.

Color may vary slightly batch to batch — natural variation in our hand-poured process. Burn time estimates are per individual candle; sets multiply accordingly. Fragrance strength varies by room size, ventilation, and burn time.

Candle Safety & Responsibility

Our candles are intended for indoor and outdoor ambient lighting and decoration. The customer assumes full responsibility for safe use:

Always place candles on a stable, heat-resistant surface (stone, ceramic, glass)
Never leave a burning candle unattended
Do not burn for longer than four hours at a stretch
Trim wick to 1/4 inch before each burn
Keep away from drafts, flammable materials, and out of reach of children and pets
Do not attempt to move a burning candle
Store away from direct sunlight and heat

Greco Ventures LLC assumes no liability for injury, property damage, or loss resulting from improper use of our candles.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The materials on the Site are provided on an 'as is' basis. Greco Ventures LLC makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and disclaims all other warranties including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

Limitations of Liability

In no event shall Greco Ventures LLC or its suppliers be liable for any damages arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on the Site, even if Greco Ventures LLC or a representative has been notified of the possibility of such damage.

Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, USA, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Pinellas County, Florida.
