If you would like to request a refund, return, exchange, or replacement, all requests must be submitted directly through Amazon and are subject to Amazon's return and refund policies.

Because all orders are processed and fulfilled by Amazon, Mister Candle is unable to directly issue refunds, process returns, or modify existing orders.
