If you would like to request a refund, return, exchange, or replacement, all requests must be submitted directly through Amazon and are subject to Amazon's return and refund policies.

To initiate a return, please log in to your Amazon account, navigate to your order history, select the applicable Mister Candle order, and follow Amazon's return instructions.

Because all orders are processed and fulfilled by Amazon, Mister Candle is unable to directly issue refunds, process returns, or modify existing orders.
